Employee tracking is especially valuable for companies in which the work hours of their employees fluctuate.

ACA requires detailed employee tracking. Unfortunately, employee eligibility tracking can be time consuming and complex. To combat it, we’ve developed a proprietary, real-time employee-tracking platform called LEATRAX™.

LEATRAX™ is a web-based service that takes the complexity out of what are called “Lookback” rules. It packages tracking of both the measurement period and stability period for each employee into a simple-to-use portal.

As an employee’s work hours are fed into LEATRAX™ — which can be done directly from payroll — it tracks their measurement and stability period and provides active alerts to let you know when you might be required to offer coverage.
